T2R is a proposed Immersive Interactive Experience District with a Music theme. T2R’s major underlying theme is Rock-Country-R&B & Pop.

It will take participants through the sights and sounds of the past and present music history.

The T2R District will be a living music monument for fans across the world, that will thrill the audience with rides and attractions that are themed to bring the artists music across generations to life for all 5 senses.

Music bridges the cultural and generational divides and brings people together in a unique and soulful way.

NASHVILLE AREA

NASHVILLE The home of country music, Nashville lives up to its nickname of “Music City.”  Nashville has been an “it” city for a while with 16.1 million visitors in 2019.  There’s a lot more to the city than just honky-tonks and country.

Nashville Metro is home to over 1.9 million.

PHOENIX AREA

PHOENIX Metro has 4.9 million (10th most populated metro area in U.S. as of July 2019, based on U.S. Census Bureau estimates released July 2020)  The Valley of the Sun had 23. 2 million visitors in 2018.* PHX is primed for a Theme Park.

Arizona and Rock n’ Roll, this is the home of Linda Ronstadt, Alice Cooper, Stevie Nicks, The Gin Blossoms, Jimmy Eat World and The MIM (Musical Instrument Museum). Arizona has a robust music history in it’s own right and should be under consideration for a future T2R.
